Who we are

GreenbowLabs, LLC (“Greenbow Labs,” “we” or “us”) makes software, including RafterSuite and RanchPilot, and builds websites for small businesses. This policy covers this website (greenbowlabs.com and greenbowlabs.ai) and the text messaging described below. Our other websites, such as raftersuite.com and ranchpilot.app, and the websites we build for our customers, may have their own privacy notices.

What this website collects

We don’t collect personal information through this website directly. It has no accounts, no sign-up or contact form, and no analytics or advertising tools, and it doesn’t set cookies.

If you email us at hello@greenbowlabs.com, we receive your email address, your name if it appears in the message, and whatever you write or attach.

When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives the technical information any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

To reply to your messages and give you help.
To run and secure this website.
To keep normal business, tax and legal records.

We don’t sell your information.

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our email provider and the font service above, and only so they can provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. Information sent by text message is covered by the Text messages section below.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep normal business records, then delete or archive them. Our service providers keep their own technical logs on their own schedules.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@greenbowlabs.com. For text messages, see the section below.

Children

This website isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Text messages (SMS/MMS)

If you, or your company's account owner, register your mobile number with us, you can text photos and documents to our number. That includes vendor invoices and receipts for RafterSuite, and photos or videos for your website. RafterSuite users who add a mobile number in their account settings can also get one-time sign-in and password-reset codes when they ask for them, and company owners get account alerts.

What we collect. Your mobile number, the content you send (photos, documents and any message text), and the date and time of each message.

How we use it. To deliver what you send to the right account or website; to send you short confirmations; to send RafterSuite one-time sign-in and password-reset codes when you ask for them; to send account alerts to company owners who have added their mobile number; and to answer HELP requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you agree to receive texts. There are two ways. (1) Texting in: your company's account owner registers your mobile number (in RafterSuite Settings, or during website onboarding), you start by texting our number first, and we never text a number that hasn't texted us. (2) Codes and account alerts: you add your mobile number in your RafterSuite account settings, next to a notice that you agree to receive RafterSuite texts: one-time sign-in and password-reset codes when you ask for them, and account alerts for your company (company owners only). Adding the number is your consent. Codes are sent only when you ask for one, and account alerts go to company owners who have added a number. No marketing.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers only to run the service: our messaging provider, which carries the messages; our cloud storage and hosting providers; and, for documents sent to RafterSuite, an AI service that reads the document's details (bank routing and account numbers are blacked out first). These providers may use the information only to provide their service to us.

Retention. Photos and documents are kept with your account or website files for as long as your company or website uses our service, or as required for tax and business records. After delivery, we delete the copy held by our messaging provider.

Your choices. Message frequency varies, based on what you send. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages from our number, and HELP for help. Your account owner can also remove your number. Removing your mobile number in RafterSuite settings, or replying STOP, stops the texts.
